Are you looking for Golden Goose dupes and Golden Goose look alikes for cheaper? If so, this post is for you!
When you think about designer shoes, how often do you think about sneakers? Not often, right?
Well, Golden Goose changed the game back in 2000 when the Italian brand debuted its high fashion sneakers for the first time.
Many of their designs stretch up to $500 and although the designs of the shoes are fabulous, it’s completely understandable if you would rather buy a cheaper pair of Golden Goose look alikes rather than getting the original.

All of these shoes that I have listed here are very affordable. The cheapest sneakers retail for $23, which are perfect for anyone who’s on a tight budget.
There are also a couple of options that retail for $50-$100 – these are great if you want an affordable, high quality shoe that will last you years.
Now without further ado, let’s dive into the Golden Goose look alikes!

So, there you have it – the best Golden Goose dupes that are out on the market right now. As I mentioned before, my personal favourite was the pink velvet sneaker as it’s so feminine, but I also like the classic white sneakers with a distressed grey star.
Which of these was your favourite? Let me know in the comments!
The Original ‘Ugly Sneaker’
Although Golden Goose’s most coveted designs include glitter shoes and sneakers with a characteristic star print on the side, the brand originally shot to popularity because their sneakers were ugly.
Yes, you read that right. Golden Goose is the OG when it comes to making sneakers that look worn out, scuffed and distressed.
This kind of understated look became popularised by celebrities and bloggers who started wearing them with their street style looks and the shoes immediately sprung to popularity.
One of the key design elements with Golden Goose sneakers is the star symbol on the side of the sneaker, which adds to the understated appearance of the sneaker – it’s not a logo, but those who know the brand, know when to spot this.
Since Golden Goose’s inception, the brand has toyed around with various different designs, some which are more toned down and others which ooze glam and add a sparkle to your step.
Personally, as I prefer a more glam appearance, the Golden Goose dupes that I picked picked out also reflect this. I did add a couple of my favourite distressed sneakers into the collection too for those of you who would prefer that.
