If you’re looking for Glossier dupes for lower prices, this post is for you! These Glossier dupes are perfect for anyone who wants the same effect and the aesthetic with a smaller budget.
I’ve written multiple posts about fashion dupes since I started blogging and now I’m finally dipping my toes into the world of makeup and skincare dupes. It’s been a long time coming.
So, Glossier. We have all seen their products on Instagram and all over Youtube, and we love the minimalistic design of their packaging. What we don’t love is that their products can be quite hard to get unless you live in the US or are willing to buy online without doing any testing first.
Glossier is a skincare and makeup brand that goes for the natural and minimalistic both in product finish and package design. Even if the products seem simple, the price tag is often showing a bit of a bigger number than we’d like to pay.
So let’s take a look, here are 15 Best Glossier Dupes to Save Serious Coin:
1. Glossier Cloud Paint Dupe: Maybelline Cheek Heat
The Cloud Paint gel-cream blush is arguably Glossier’s best product, and for good reason. It has an air light, buildable coverage that leaves a natural tint. However, you can get the same effect with Maybelline’s buildable Cheek Heat sheer blush, which comes at a much smaller price than Glossier.
You don’t get the same, beautiful package design, but the product inside is what matters, right? This product is comes in multiple colors and has the same “barely there” effect as Glossier.
2. Glossier Lip Gloss Dupe: Elf Lip Laquer In “Clear”
It might seem crazy to to pay $14 for clear lip gloss, even if it comes in a super cute packaging. If you want clear lipgloss for a cheaper price, Elf Lip Laquer provides it with only $3.
Elf’s clear lip gloss gives that glassy, glossy look without being too sticky – exactly like Glossier’s. The texture is more of a moisturizing lip balm rather than gloss, however if you build it up you can get the look of ultra glossy lips as well.
3. Glossier Boy Brow Dupe: Elf Wow Brow Gel
The Glossier Boy Brow is a cult favorite and allows you to build natural looking brows in just a few swipes of a brush. Elf’s Wow Brow is formulated with similar waxes that allow your brows to stay in place for the whole day, and you get an added benefit of fibers that add a bit of thickness to your natural brows.
Again, Elf’s Wow Brow is a fraction of the price of Glossier’s.
4. Glossier Stretch Concealer Dupe: Nyx Dark Circle Corrector
The Stretch Concealer is a hydrating product and has a medium coverage with an almost wet look. The NYX concealer is also a smooth, natural looking corrector that glides on without being thick or obvious. It’s perfect to use under the eyes and to cover any challenging problem areas on your face.
5. Glossier Skin Tint Dupe: The Ordinary Serum Foundation
The Glossier Skin Tint promises to perfect your skin and to not leave you looking cakey or to hide your freckles. The Ordinary Serum Foundation provides a bit more coverage than the Skin Tint and it also has skincare benefits, such as SPF 15 sun protection.
Moreover, the Serum Foundation is oil free and creates a semi-matte looking finish that glides over any fine lines and texture.
6. Glossier Skin Tint Dupe: Hylamide Photography Foundation
Hylamide Photography Foundation is an interesting one – it’s a transparent foundation that could also be described as a primer. It blurs imperfections, mattifies the skin and even color corrects yellow and red tones while adding a touch of radiance.
If you don’t normally need to wear foundation every day and you’re looking for a product that will make your skin appear just better and healthier all around, try out this ultimate “no makeup makeup” foundation!
7. Glossier Solution Dupe: Pixi Glow Tonic
The Pixi Glow Tonic is a product that everyone has surely heard of. In case you haven’t, it’s an lightly exfoliating toner that took the skin care world by storm.
Both the Glossier solution and the Pixi Glow Tonic are exfoliating toners that use AHA (alpha hydroxy acids, such as glycolic acid) as their main ingredient, but the Pixi Glow Tonic is a milder one that’s less likely to cause your skin to react adversely. The Pixi Glow tonic is especially amazing if you have acne prone skin or if you’re looking for a simple anti-aging product to incorporate into your daily routine. (AHAs work both for acne and anti-aging!)
8. Glossier Super Bounce Dupe: The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5
Both of these products have hyaluronic acid in them at a similar concentration but the Ordinary charges one fifth of Glossier’s price.
If you haven’t tried out a product with hyaluronic acid yet, I really recommend it. Hyaluronic acid aggregates water molecules around it (usually from the air), which means that it’s amazing for bringing hydration and moisture to your skin. If you have any fine lines or dry skin, this product is a miracle worker.
9. Glossier Super Glow Dupe: The Ordinary Vitamin C Suspension 23% in 2% HA
The Glossier Super Glow serum with vitamin C hydrates and nourishes the skin but they don’t tell how much of each ingredient they’ve included in their product. The Ordinary on the other hand tells exactly what their products include, and you’re definitely getting your money’s worth of vitamin C in their Vitamin C 23% Suspension.
Vitamin C is another key ingredient that everyone should add to their skincare: it plays an essential role in the production of collagen, which helps to keep your skin looking young and firm; it’s a powerful anti-oxidant and it also brightens up your skin’s appearance and helps to get rid of dark spots.
10. Glossier Haloscope Dupe: Maybelline Face Studio V-Face Strobing Stick
The Haloscope is a cream highlighter product with a natural and non-sticky finish. The Maybelline Strobing Stick is very similar, soft, natural looking and easily blendable cream highlighter but way cheaper than the Glossier one.
11. Glossier You Perfume Dupe: White Musk by The Body Shop
Perfumes are hard to compare since they always change a bit depending on who wears them, but this White Musk perfume from The Body Shop has the same warm base note of musk as the Glossier You perfume. Again, The Body Shop’s price is only a third of Glossier’s You perfume!
12. Glossier Wowder Dupe: Milani Prep Set Go Transparent Face Powder
The Wowder is another Glossier product that has a cult like following that doesn’t make your skin look cakey. The Milani Prep+Set+Go Transparent Face Powder performs in the same way that Glossier’s Wowder does by blurring out your skin, smoothing out any texture or fine lines and extending the wear of your makeup.
This powder can also be used as a primer underneath your makeup, so you can save some additional money by ditching your primer!
13. Glossier Zit Stick Dupe: A’PIEU NonCo Tea Tree Stick
The Zit Stick is a “breakout eraser” for spot treatment. It’s star ingredient is tea tree oil which is known to be a hero ingredient for anyone who suffers from spots: it dries out any breakouts without irritating the skin.
Fortunately, you can find the same ingredient in A’PIEU NonCo Tea Tree Stick, for half the price! The packaging and application of the product is also very similar to that of Glossier’s – it comes in an easy to apply “lip gloss” tube for targeted spot treatment.
14. Glossier Balm Dotcom Dupe: Hema B.A.E. Face Gloss
The Balm Dotcom is a lip balm that doubles as skin salve. Many have called it glorified vaseline with a nice scent, and that’s pretty much what it is.
The B.A.E. Face Gloss is also a great dupe for it: It’s quite versatile and can be used to add a dewy look to the face as well as your lips. The B.A.E. products also have a similar kind of minimalistic baby-pink-and-white packaging as Glossier does.
However, if this product isn’t available near you, you should also check out good old scented Vaseline (like this one with Creme Brulee flavor) – they perform exactly the same way as Balm Dot Com and keep your lips moisturized throughout the whole day!
15. Glossier Generation G Dupe: Burt’s bees Matte Sticks/Burt’s Bees Tinted Lip Balm
The Glossier lipsticks are sheer and natural looking with buildable color that are perfect for everyday occasions. However, what you’re paying for is essentially a tinted lip balm and not all of us are ready to spend a lot of money on a sheer lip product.
The Burt’s Bees Matte Sticks and Tinted Lip Balm have a very similar looking finish to Glossier’s Generation G and they only cost around $7. If you’re looking for a matte finish, opt for the Matte Sticks – otherwise, I recommend the Tinted Lip Balm for a dewy, moisturized look.
